At Oliari By Ornam Jewels, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you wish to request a return or exchange, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and transparent process.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with the original invoice and tags intact.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is received in a damaged or defective condition.

Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days, after deducting applicable charges (if any), as communicated by our support team.

For exchanges, the replacement item will be dispatched after the returned product is received and successfully verified.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos.
Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and offer the best possible resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
